First and Foremost - We are Organized
We've developed our own internal system to keep track of all the documents, photos, bids, receipts, and other important documents completely organized for easy retrieval. Every property is organized by property address. Each property folder contains all the subfolders and documents involving a property. This makes our job very efficient with working with an asset manager, vendors, buyers agents, appraisers, or anyone else working on getting the property sold. Note the folder below named after Rehab. All files and folders are named with an alpha numeric title that is date stamped.

Note below that all photos are labeled. We use a system that can bulk re-size photos for different applications-like for use in BPO's or on our website and other assets that require different sizes.
After trashout/rehab photos are the one's we use for marketing. Note that we take plenty of high quality photos and resize the originals for different marketing uses. This way photos used in these marketing assets are of the highest quality at any size. BPO's and the property website are usually 360x270px, MLS uses 640x480px, and Postlets, Virtual Tours and REALTOR.com uses 800x600px.
